And this season, we’re expecting some pretty impressive features to rave about, whether it’s expanding charging access for all three of its electric vehicle (EV) models or focusing on hybrid power for the beloved gas F-150. Without further ado, let’s explore the latest of what’s in store for Ford’s 2024 model lineup!

2024 Ford Bronco

For rugged adventurers and Ford aficionados, the Bronco has continued its popularity among the Ford lineup since its re-debut in 2021. The 2024 model year brings a change in the SUV’s trim levels as Ford drops the entry-level base variant, leaving the Big Bend trim as the new starting point. The high-performance Bronco Raptor gains a Code Orange appearance package. Ford also releases a retro-inspired Free Wheeling Special Edition with 1970s and ‘80s-inspired styling for the Bronco Sport as well as a Black Appearance package for the base Big Bend trim.

2024 Ford Expedition

The Expedition’s last update occurred in 2022, introducing refreshed exterior and interior designs, enhanced technology, and added features. Since then, modifications have been minimal, with a few additional features introduced for specific trims in 2023. For the 2024 model year, minor updates include a new green paint colour, tow hooks for certain all-wheel-drive models, and a reduced trial period for connected navigation services.

2024 Ford F-150

The 2024 model year presents a significant mid-cycle refresh for the F-150, albeit not a complete generational update. Ford has introduced the hybrid powertrain at the same price as the newly standard base turbocharged V6. Additionally, the trucks showcase an exterior styling revamp, notably with a redesigned front-end appearance. An innovative Pro Access Tailgate system is now available, offering various entry points to the bed.

Furthermore, the truck boasts ten standard driver-assistance features, with Ford providing an array of advanced aids such as semi-automated trailer backup and hitch-assist systems. Technological upgrades encompass a standard 12-inch screen and an optional head-up display. Notably, Ford has introduced its Stolen Vehicle Services function, marking its debut in North America.

2024 Ford F-150 Lightning

xaIn its 2024 model year, Ford unveils a fresh addition to its electric F-150 Lightning lineup: the new Flash trim level. This variant, derived from the XLT model, incorporates enhanced technology and upgraded features typically found in higher trim levels. Notable additions to the Flash include the integration of BlueCruise, a spacious 15.5-inch display, and an extended range of 320 miles. Furthermore, it comes equipped with the Towing Technology package.

2024 Ford Mustang

The 2024 Mustang marks the introduction of its seventh generation, bringing forth notable updates while retaining the turbocharged 2.3-litre 4-cylinder and 5.0-litre V8 engines. Ford has reengineered both powertrains to offer increased power for the new model year. Introducing the Mustang Dark Horse variant as its new top-tier offering, this iteration showcases a V8 engine boasting an advertised 500 horsepower.

Enhanced performance features include a remote rev function, enabling owners to rev the car using the key fob, and an available drift brake, replicating the function of a traditional e-brake handle for drift maneuvers. Ford has also revamped the car's interior with upgraded technological features and refined materials. Additionally, Ford pledges ongoing improvements for the new Mustang through software updates over time.

2024 Ford Ranger

In the 2024 model year, Ford unveils a completely redesigned Ranger, featuring a new V6 engine option generating 315 horsepower. The truck demonstrates enhanced capabilities, especially off-road, and introduces a performance-focused Raptor variant. The Raptor version boasts a turbocharged 3.0-litre engine, delivering an impressive 405 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque.

Despite the comprehensive overhaul, the new Ranger's styling retains similarities to its predecessor. The front-end design varies across trims, and Ford provides diverse appearance packages corresponding to different trim levels.

2024 Ford Transit/E-Transit

Ford discontinued the Transit Connect for 2024 due to slowing demand for compact vans, but the automaker has the electric E-Transit to take its place with exciting new features expected for 2025.
