35 Years of Service

I was raised in the Cornwall area as my father, Ellery, operated the dealership from 1969 to 1991. I came on full-time in 1986 after graduating from Brock University. Soon after I married my wife, Pam, and we settled in the town of Embrun, Ontario for 7 years, where our two boys Brad and Christopher were born. We moved back to Cornwall in 1994 and in 2012 we moved again to Summerstown, Ontario. Our premier hobby is sailing, as we have been members of the Stormont Yacht Club for many years. We have completed many trips aboard our boat and have had some great opportunities to sail in the North Atlantic, Greece, and the Caribbean. We also golf, however playing hockey with some good friends twice a week gets me through the winter months! Our staff is made up of great people. Everyone brings something to the table as we constantly try to evolve our customer service while keeping the same values that have allowed Miller Hughes Ford to enjoy 66 years in business in 2022!

Born and raised here in Cornwall, Ontario; after finishing high school-G.V.S.S. I started working with CIBC doing dealer financing loans for 8 years. I was approached by Shawn Maloney to start a new career as a Business Manager with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln and have been here with Shawn and the team for over 30 years now. With my experience as a Business Manager, I was able to move into the Sales Manager role for the past 12+ years. I am the proud step-mother of Dylon & Dawsun who along with their father Rick, continue to enriched my life. I look forward to many more years with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln helping our clients obtain their automotive needs.

I was raised in Cornwall, Ontario, and went to school at Holy Trinity Secondary school. I spent most of my free time involved in organized sports. The dealership has been in my family for a few generations with both my father (Shawn) and grandfather (Ellery) working here. After studying engineering at the University of Ottawa, I returned to Cornwall and have been working at the dealership ever since. I've enjoyed learning more about the family business and the ever-changing car industry.

25 Years of Service

Not following in the footsteps of my family, I started my career in the computer science/data processing world to soon find out that the apple doesn't usually fall far from the tree. In 1983, I began my automotive journey in a small, non-computerized, parts department. Throughout the years I gained experience here in Cornwall, Ontario, and a few years in Ottawa. I seemed to be naturally drawn to the people side of our business and always felt a great sense of satisfaction when a customer drove away delighted with their experience. In 1997, I made the decision to join our Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln family, and never looked back. The words "Trusted and Respected" resonate throughout the dealership. What I like most about working here is exactly that. My wife Sylvia and I own a small hobby farm with horses. One for Sylvia, myself, and each of our two children. We enjoy trail riding, camping, traveling, and spending most of our summers outside. It's hard to beat a campfire and a guitar.

I have lived in Cornwall for over 36 years, and I am originally from Windsor, Ontario. I moved here back in the early ‘80s working as a Manager with the old retail company, Woolco. I have been with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln for over 30 years and have many more to go! I treat all my clients with first-class service, just as I would treat my family. I consider my new customers and my long-time customers as friends. I think the most exciting part of my job is seeing the excitement and happiness a new vehicle brings to my clients; from sales to service my clients come first and always will.

I was born at the Kingston General Hospital. My folks moved to Newington, Ontario when I was only 4 years old. My journey has gone from paperboy to farmhand, to landscaper to youth pastor, to store manager to district team leader, and now for more than 9 years your friendly, helpful, Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln Sales Associate. I believe this place to be the finest dealership in our region. All these titles have been an adventure that I wouldn't trade for anything. My absolute favorite pastime is fishing. If it's rainy, sunny, or just not a workday, you can probably find me on the water reeling in anything that will bite! So stop in for a coffee and tell me your fishing stories!

I was born in Montreal, Quebec, and moved to Lancaster, Ontario when I was 7. I’ve always been interested in cars. I did my mechanic apprenticeship at Miller Hughes Ford back in 1995, and as it was then it is still such a great place to work. I switched careers and worked for CN Railway and got to see a large amount of our great countryside. I recently re-entered the automotive industry, this time in sales. I really enjoy working with the people, the greatest part is seeing the smiles on our customers’ faces when they purchase their new vehicle.

I am a product specialist at Miller Hughes Ford and have been working at the dealership since May 2021. I happily work with clients via text, email, phone calls, and in-person visits to our store to assist them to purchase a vehicle. I take pride in my work and it makes me happy to help our clients get into a vehicle that they desire. From doing customer appraisals to informing clients on towing capacity to syncing phones, it is my pleasure to help.

1 Year of Service

I was born and raised in Cardinal, ON, and have lived in Prescott, ON since 2007. I had a long career as a hockey official with over 15 years of officiating Jr B, Jr A, and CIS hockey in the Ottawa District Hockey Association. I have been in Financial Service since 2008 as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. I moved on to work for both Royal Bank of Canada and Scotiabank as a Financial Advisor. In 2017, I transitioned to the auto industry as a Financial Services Manager and Director of Financing. The “family” environment is what has brought me to Miller Hughes and I expect to serve all of the wonderful customers for many, many years to come.

9 Years of Service

Born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario I came to Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln with over 16 years of licensing experience from our local private sector Service Ontario office. I am OMVIC certified and I have obtained several management certificates in the many years I've been in the automotive industry. I have to say that my time working here at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln has been a pleasure! I started doing warranty follow-up, and I covered a maternity leave in the business office where I continue to support our customers with their financing needs. I spent two years managing our business development centre and was our internet specialist. I am lucky to work at a business that has excellent staff, and a management team that is behind us all the way. I am looking forward to a lifetime career with my Miller Hughes Family, as we evolve through the years I'm sure that I will continue to learn and grow with this great company.

I was born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario. I've been married to my amazing wife for over 40 years. I am the father to two beautiful daughters and grandfather of five. My idea of a perfect weekend is camping and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy working for a locally family-owned and operated business.

I was born in Cornwall, Ontario, and raised in the Iroquois area until I was in my 20s. Worked in the automotive & service fields for 6 years before coming to Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln as a Service Consultant. In 2015, I received a service recognition award for my 15 years of dedication and service at our Annual Christmas Party. I am a father of a great little man and married for over 15 years. I enjoy various sports, traveling, and family time. I enjoy working with a great bunch of people from all departments of our dealership and hope to become a future retired Miller Hughes Ford employee.

I was born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario and I have been involved with cars all my life. This enthusiasm for vehicles runs in my blood as my father was an avid car enthusiast and my mother's father owned a car and motorcycle dealership in Germany. I've worked in the auto industry since 1993, first here in Cornwall while still in high school then headed off to The Canadian Automotive Institute where I studied Automotive Marketing and Business Administration. From there I worked for various auto manufacturers doing special events, auto shows, and new car introductions. Eventually, I ended up back in Cornwall for a few years and worked right here at Miller-Hughes in the parts department. But in 2003 it was once again time to spread my wings and I headed back to Toronto and back into the corporate world of the auto industry. After many years in the corporate world and the rat race of Toronto, I decided to finally plant my roots right back here in Cornwall, and now once again I am back in my hometown and back "home" at Miller Hughes! And I'm glad to be back and looking forward to making your experience at Miller-Hughes a special one!

I was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and was raised in Cornwall. After graduating from high school I pursued various opportunities in the Retail and Customer Service Industry. I started working in the automotive industry in 2005 and in 2009 I joined the team at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln as an Appointment Coordinator. I'm a mom to an energetic little boy who is my whole world. When not working, I enjoy being active in the community through my church, community theater groups, and volunteering with different local organizations. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. In the many years I've been with Miller Hughes I've been fortunate to work with an excellent team; everyone is focused on providing top-notch customer service and we treat our customers as friends and family.

I’m born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario. I have more than 30 years of automotive experience and I've been with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln for over three decades! I can honestly say that Miller Hughes Ford goes above and beyond in regard to our customer service. My hobbies include camping, the outdoors, and photography.

Born in Cornwall, Ontario and for the past several years I have been living in Long Sault. I have been in the automotive industry for over 26 years and for the past 18 years I have been a master technician with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln. I spend my spare time traveling to exotic locations with my wife Rachel and we also very much enjoy riding our motorcycles together. I am very proud of the fact that I have spent over 20 years being a volunteer firefighter with the Long Sault Fire Department. It gives me great pride knowing that I can help people in a very desperate situation. I very much enjoy working with the crew here at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln.

I am a senior technician and have been working in the automotive industry for over 40 years and for over 10 years I have been with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln. I find that the comradery at Miller Hughes is a good place to be. My hobbies include home renovations and woodworking.

I have successfully completed the Ford Asset program where I will now specialize in four different areas. My hobbies are music and gaming. Although my career with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln started not too long ago, I bring with me over 16 years of experience as an automotive technician. My background includes the atmosphere of a smaller shop, but joining the dynamic team here at the dealership has been a perfect fit with its family-like environment. I have been married to my lovely wife for over 13 years and we have two beautiful daughters. When I am not on the sidelines at gymnastics or dance class supporting my daughters, some of my hobbies include hunting, fishing, and playing baseball. Our team here is focused on providing the highest level of customer service while building and fostering lasting relationships and I look forward to many more years working with this great company

I was born and raised in St. Andrews West, Ontario. I started with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln in 2003, left to work for Alexandria Ford, and then returned in 2006. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and outdoor sports. With my many years of Ford Parts experience, I'm able to get you the right part to get you back on the road.

I was born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario. I've worked in the automotive industry since 1991. In my spare time, I enjoy home improvement, learning guitar, mountain biking, and computers. I'd like to start scuba diving again and maybe get a vintage project Mustang. I pride myself on being resourceful and a great problem solver. What I love the most about working at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln is our customer-centric approach, having the empowerment to satisfy our customers, with many means at our disposal. All departments work as a team, with the outlook that we're all working towards the same goal. That goal is earning our customers' trust and respect!

I was born and raised in Green Valley, Ontario My Hometown is Alexandria, Ontario. I have two beautiful children and 5 gorgeous grandchildren that I love dearly. I have been working in the automotive industry since 1983, starting in Ottawa, Ontario, and have been with Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln since 2001. Bookkeeping is my passion, I took over the Controller chair in April 2014 and I love it! What I like most about my job is working with a very compassionate and dedicated group of people and I am very happy to be part of this team. And most of all working for the best boss ever. People don't leave here they retire here.

I was born and raised here in the Cornwall area. Proud of my French upbringing, I've had the opportunity to work during my school placement at La Caisse Populaire de Cornwall for a couple of years. I then joined the automotive industry in 1996. A few years later in 2003, I became a member of our lovely family here at Miller Hughes Ford Lincoln. Working in almost every aspect of the automotive business over the last 20+ years, I've had the pleasure to meet, serve and work with some really great people. Now that my children are all grown up, I plan on traveling and discovering new places. I also enjoy riding my motorcycle, camping, fishing, and playing softball during the summer.
